Welcome to encounter::one ministries.

My name is Mark Helsel. I know that youth ministry is a tough job and you want to make each moment count. encounter::one ministries was started with you in mind. We know that you want each event, camp, retreat or training event to make a lasting impact so we want to help. We have assembled a team of speakers, trainers and creative types who will partner with you to make your ONE event memorable. We also know you don't have a budget like Donald Trump so we want to provide you with quality that is doable. We are all just youth workers trying to help each other out and build His kingdom.

So what do we offer?

1. Communication- A great team to pick a speaker from for your next retreat, camp or training event. Each of these speakers have spoken to hundreds if not thousands of students and adults all over the nation. Whether it is a small retreat or a large summer camp we will provide you with the best.

2. Consulting- From youth ministry professionals who have seen it all in youth ministry, we can give your church help in hiring a quality youth pastor, assessing the youth ministry climate at the church, or helping you as a youth pastor strategize your current ministry.

3. Creativity- We have some great creative peope on our team who have created some incredible teaching series, videos and creative reatreats and camps. Let us help plan yours!
